During the coronavirus outbreak, we're still open and delivering. We want to assure you that health and prevention are both our top priorities. We’ve implemented regular station cleans of all frequently touched surfaces, including (but not limited to): clippers, bucket handles, hoses, door handles, laptops, phones, clipboards and pens, faucets, iPads and tablet screens.
All employees at our distribution centers are strictly enforcing social distancing measures, stations are spread out on our designing and fulfillment teams 6ft or more apart.
Masks or face coverings are required at our distribution centers for all employees and is strictly enforced.
Hand sanitizer stations are set up around our distribution centers for employee use.
All employees are required to wash their hands for 20 seconds with soap and water after using the bathroom, coughing, sneezing, or touching their eyes, nose or mouth.
All employees have been asked to minimize exposure by staying home if they are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms or when they have an active fever.

For same day orders please call us within 1 hour to cancel or make changes. For 48hr delivery orders you can cancel within 4hrs for a full refund. For large event orders like weddings, birthdays, graduations, funerals, anniversaries etc.. please cancel within 48hours for a full refund or you will be charged for any arrangements we have already created for your event.
If there is a safe place to leave the arrangement and the weather permits, the florist will often leave the delivery in a secure area.
If this is not the case, the florist will leave a door tag and a voicemail. A re-delivery will be scheduled once the recipient's availability has been confirmed.
If you have a desired action to take in the event that your recipient is not available, please feel free to contact us through our Contact Us page and we can provide our florist with the instructions.
We will do everything possible to accommodate any time requests but cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Please write the date for delivery under your orders notes when adding to cart. If you need a specific time please call us before placing your order and then write it all for us in your orders notes.
Yes we can. First: You will need to put the delivery address of the cemetery. 2nd write your dearest ones name as well as the plot number in your orders notes when adding to cart. Typically, the items will need to be in either a basket or plastic vase. Most locations will not permit us to use glass containers.

Yes, we do. Nothing brightens someone's day like flowers. We deliver to all nursing homes within 40 miles of our location. Please put the address of the nursing home when placing your order and write the name of the receiver as well as the room number if available under the notes when checking out.
Yes! If possible, please provide the recipients contact phone number during checkout under the notes section as well as the gate code if you know it. If you have already placed your order you may send us an update by giving us a quick call.
Our team member will send you a message within 5-15min after your order has been dropped off. If we do not see anyone home we will leave it in a discrete and safe location and send you a photo of the item placed by the front door.
As of now we are not shipping our orders directly from our website. Please contact us for more information on your order size and we will give you a quote over the phone for the shipping costs for orders out of state.
